30 day returns are accepted with the original receipt. Items must be in original and unopened packing with no obvious use, markings, or other alterations. Cut fabric, kits, special orders, sewing machines, sewing machine accessories, patterns, and books are not returnable.

We consider your enrollment in classes/events to be a commitment by you to take the class and we in turn make a commitment to the instructor. No refunds are allowed on classes or events. Thank you for your understanding.
