Steve, our service technician is factory trained by Baby Lock, Brother, Pfaff, and Viking to service and maintain those particular brands of machines. Due to all of his training, Steve is also able to translate this knowledge to other brands and can service all makes and models of machines. We know just how important it is to have your machine working at it's best so you are able to have fun sewing and create gorgeous projects.
Why do I need to have my sewing machine serviced? There are many moving parts in a sewing machine and if it moves, it needs lubrication. These days many of the moving parts are housed with computer circuit boards and wires around them and are inaccessible to the home sewer. A factory trained technician needs to open up the machine to lubricate parts that you are unable to access as well as clean areas you are unable to reach.
For best performance and years of sewing, we suggest you have your machine serviced annually. Between service there are a few things you can do to keep your machine at its best.
